How to Prepare

Bring 4 parts water or vegetable broth to a boil (e.g., use 1 liter of liquid for the 500g pack or scale down proportionally for a smaller serving). Add salt to taste.

Gradually sprinkle the polenta into the boiling liquid while continuously whisking to prevent lumps.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 2–5 minutes, stirring constantly until the polenta is thick and creamy.

Serve hot topped with cheese, butter, and your favorite meat or mushroom sauces. Alternatively, pour it into a shallow baking dish, let it chill and solidify, then slice and pan-fry it.
