Divella Cous Cous is pre-steamed durum wheat couscous, the granular semolina-based pasta that’s a staple across North Africa, Sicily (where the dish cuscus alla trapanese is a regional speciality) and broader Mediterranean cooking. Pre-steamed format means hot water and 5 minutes to a fluffy finished texture. Use as a side with braised meats and stews, as the base of grain salads with chopped vegetables and herbs, or in the Sicilian fish-couscous tradition with seafood broth and steamed fish.
